Aluminium Die Casting SRL is a specialized manufacturer of high-precision aluminium die-cast parts, established in 1980 under the name Italscale. The company integrates production and machining capabilities, offering complete solutions from a single source. Their facility houses 10 fully equipped Bühler and Italpresse presses, ranging from 300 to 1,350 tons, enabling the production of castings from a few grams up to 16 kilograms. Typical alloys used include EN AC 46500, EN AC 46100, EN AC 46000, EN AC 43400, EN AC 44400, and EN AC 43500. Emphasizing technology, innovation, and environmental compliance, Aluminium Die Casting SRL became part of Bauer Gear Motor GmbH, a subsidiary of Altra Industrial Motion Corp., in June 2018.
Die casting processes can often deliver products that can be used “as cast”, i.e. no additional manufacturing activities are required, and the parts are immediately ready for use.
