With the new versions of the T2711 and T2712 thread milling cutters, Walter is offering its customers an indexable insert solution for small blind-hole and through-hole threads (≤ 2.5 × DN) in dimensions of M16, M18 and UNC3/4.

With the MD265 Supreme and MC268 Advance, Walter is extending its range of solid carbide milling cutters for ISO N machining with the addition of two distinct roughing specialists.

With the FW4 and MW4 wiper geometries, Walter is launching two turning indexable insert geometries which combine the "wiper effect" with new chip breaker geometries and extremely wear-resistant Walter Tiger·tec^® Gold grades.

Walter offers indexable insert milling cutters that are powerful, reliable and flexible to use. But the challenges faced by users are as diverse as the application range is broad.

With the HU3, HU5 and HU7 geometries, Walter is completing its range of turning indexable inserts for heavy-duty roughing operations.

With the DC118 Supreme solid carbide drill, Walter is signalling the start of a new performance class for challenging applications. The "180° drills" differ from standard solid carbide drills in particular due to the high rigidity they provide against deflection, the good centring accuracy and four chamfers, which enable excellent guidance after plunging.

With the MD177 Supreme and the MD173 Supreme, Walter is for the first time launching solid carbide milling cutters with seven cutting edges. Developed for the aerospace industry, their performance is excellent not only in titanium, but in steel and stainless steel too.

With the Tiger·tec^® Gold grade WSP45G, Walter developed a generation of indexable inserts capable of approx. 30 percent more performance, which represents a technological leap in ISO P, M and S; in steel they even achieve up to 75 percent higher performance.

The extremely reliable, low-adhesion grade WNN15 is now also included in Walter's range for indexable insert drills. This grade is primarily designed for drilling in tough ISO N materials such as wrought aluminium alloys or cast aluminium alloys.
