Founded in 2016, Boston Micro Fabrication (BMF) specialises in micro-precision 3D printing for applications requiring micron-level accuracy and complex geometries. Its microArch® platforms use proprietary Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology to manufacture photopolymer and ceramic parts with optical resolution down to 2 µm and tolerances as tight as ±10 µm. BMF supports rapid prototyping, design validation and short-run production, enabling miniaturisation where conventional additive manufacturing, CNC machining or injection moulding can be limiting. With operations across major international markets, its technology serves medical devices, electronics, microfluidics, photonics and advanced research.
BMF introduces a photopolymer for micro-precision additive manufacturing, supporting optical components, microfluidics and biomedical device prototyping with high light transmission.
BMF introduced compact micro-scale additive manufacturing systems designed to support faster prototyping and controlled fabrication of small functional components.
